Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

• We offer free, full refunds and exchanges on all full-priced items.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless deemed faulty.

• All returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

• All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned).

• To initiate your return, please kindly send an email to orders@miew.com.au, indicating your order number, the item you intend to return, the reason for the return, and your preference between a refund or exchange. It's important to note that while we are willing to process an exchange if the item is in stock, this may not be feasible due to limited quantities. For other issues such as faulty items or general inquiries, please also send an email to the same address.

• You will be refunded via the method of payment used. If you use a gift card to pay for your order, the amount will be returned to the gift card.
